Mohammed A. Ahmed, MBBS, MS is the Founder and President of Ahmed HealthCare Systems LLC, a physician–operator known for building scalable, outcomes-driven home health and hospice services. From a start in Las Vegas, he led multi-state growth—expanding into Bullhead City and Lake Havasu (AZ), launching Critical Care Nurses in Las Vegas, and opening new locations in Idaho and Georgia. He pioneered the “My Heart” Advanced Cardiac Home program and the Tripex cardio-pulmonary initiative, improving patient outcomes and reducing readmissions while earning top market rankings. Dr. Ahmed holds an M.S. in Health Physiology from the University of Michigan and an MBBS from Osmania, with fellowship training at NYU’s Center for the Study of Asian American Health. His mission: bring high-quality care to the doorstep of every American.

Glen Cohen is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ahmed HealthCare Systems LLC, a growth-focused operator with 20+ years in hospice, home health, and value-based primary care. He’s known for launching new markets, scaling multi-state regions, and aligning sales and clinical operations to deliver sustainable results. Before AHS, Glen served as Senior Director of Primary Care Development at Vytalize Health, launching a new market and ranking Top 3 in quota attainment while helping onboard and train sales directors. Previously, as Regional Director of Sales at Compassus, he led 15 agencies across AZ, NM, and CA, met EBITDA targets, increased admissions ~25% YoY, and grew census >220% while maintaining an 89% retention rate. Earlier, at Banner Health, he boosted hospice admissions 320% and implemented scalable sales systems; at Heritage Home Health & Hospice, he increased division revenue by $1.2M. Glen holds a B.A. in Psychology (Arizona State University) and excels in building high-performing teams, strategic partnerships, and disciplined execution. As CEO, he sets enterprise vision, standardizes performance systems, and drives patient-centered growth across the organization.

Fred Paré is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Ahmed HealthCare Systems LLC and the founder of Vista Biz Solution. A seasoned CFO advisor to small- and mid-sized organizations, he blends strategic insight with hands-on financial rigor to boost cash flow, profitability, and long-term enterprise value. Known as “Your Numbers Doctor,” Fred turns complex financials into clear, actionable plans. His cross-industry experience includes streamlining operations, implementing scalable FP&A and revenue-cycle systems, strengthening internal controls, and building performance dashboards. As CFO, he equips leaders with the financial clarity to grow sustainably—so teams can focus on running a business that works for them, not the other way around.

Becky Ross is the Chief Operating Officer of Ahmed HealthCare Systems LLC, bringing 24+ years of leadership across hospice, home health, skilled nursing, and mental health. Previously VP of Patient Services at State 48 Hospice, she set up hospice programs across Arizona and laid the groundwork for home health expansion with a strong focus on patient care and colleague engagement. Earlier at Compassus Hospice, she served as Executive Director and Area Market Executive—supporting 10 programs, lifting quality scores from the 60s to 100s, growing census into the 70s, and leading the Phoenix program to the William H. Frist, M.D. Award for Outstanding Achievement in Quality Patient Outcomes. Becky holds an MSW (Arizona State University) and a BS in Counseling & Human Services (Montana State University–Billings), and excels in business development, team leadership, market expansion, and cross-functional collaboration (Salesforce, Homecare/Homebase).
